In order to bring an extra dose of excitement to the reality show, Elvish Yadav and Aashika Bhatia have been introduced as wild card contestants by the creators. Latest reports indicate that popular YouTuber Dhruv Rathee, who is a rival of Elvish Yadav, is set to join the house as another wild card contestant. This information was shared by #BiggBoss_Tak0 on Twitter. However, the official announcement regarding Rathee’s entry is yet to be made by the show producers. The tweet mentioned, “Wild card entry @dhruv_rathee full support brother. Excited. Aab asli system hangs karega best roaster Dhruv Rathee bro.”
Rathee gained fame through his insightful commentary on various topics, particularly politics, on social media platforms. His YouTube channel features explanatory videos and covers trending subjects from around the world. With 11.8 million subscribers on YouTube, 1.6 million Twitter followers, and 1.7 million Instagram followers, Rathee is one of India’s most popular and widely watched social media influencers.
Originally from Haryana, Dhruv Rathee currently resides in Berlin, Germany, with his wife Juli Lbr. Meanwhile, due to its immense popularity among the audience, Bigg Boss OTT 2 has been extended by an additional two weeks. The show commenced with 12 contestants, including Manisha Rani, Pooja Bhatt, Cyrus Broacha, Avinash Sachdev, Bebika Dhurve, Abhishek Malhan, Falaq Naaz, Jiya Shankar, Aaliya Siddiqui, Akanksha Puri, Palak Purswani, and Jad Hadid. After four weeks, Palak Purswani became the first contestant to be eliminated from the show, followed by Aaliya Siddiqui. Akanksha Puri was the third contestant to be evicted.
Recently, Cyrus Broacha, who sought Salman Khan’s assistance to leave the house during the Weekend Ka Vaar episode, exited the show due to a medical emergency in his family.
