Vivo’s upcoming smartphones, the Vivo V29 5G and Vivo V29 Pro, have been generating buzz as they were spotted on the Google Play Console. The listing gave us a glimpse of the phones’ designs and some key features, but Vivo is yet to announce the official launch date.
According to reports, the Vivo V29 5G with model number V2250 was seen on the Google Play Console listing. The phone comes in a stylish light blue color and features a display with curved edges. On the back, it has a rectangular camera module housing two circular camera cutouts and an LED flash. The front has a centrally positioned hole-punch cutout for the selfie camera.
As for the specifications, the Vivo V29 5G is expected to come with 8GB of RAM and run on Android 13 out-of-the-box. Powering the phone will be Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 778G chipset, ensuring smooth performance.
Leaked details from the US FCC website revealed that the Vivo V29 might have a 4,505mAh battery with 80W fast charging support. The phone is also expected to support 5G, LTE, Bluetooth, and NFC connectivity options.
Additional leaked details include a 6.7-inch OLED full-HD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 64-megapixel main rear camera with optical image stabilization (OIS).
It’s important to note that these details are yet to be officially confirmed by Vivo.
